Welcome to Landbank! We are you local real estate development company specializing in creating residential real estate neighbor communities and new construction homes.
Landbank LLC was founded in 2022, but our experience as developers & general contractors dates back to when they invented the wheel! David (Keo) Deshaies & Mike Payeur are the co-owners of Landbank. Our Office Manager is Carol Ferry.
Keo has been building homes for over 10 years throughout southern Maine. As a mason contractor, for over 40 years, Keo has completed countless custom fireplaces, patios, walkways, and concrete floors to name a few. Keo also holds a portfolio of real estate investment properties.
Mike Payeur cut his teeth in the construction business dating back to 1984 working for his father who was an extremely successful and very well respected builder/developer. Mike began building his own projects from 1987-2007 throughout York and & Cumberland County. In 2022, Mike & Keo decided to form Landbank. The world is now a better place.
No construction company can operate efficiently without an experienced administration department. Carol brings that and more with more than 30 years keeping us in line and managing all the continuous moving administrative parts when building multiple homes simultaneously.
